So we all know the VMA Awards was on Sunday night, Sept 13. Millions around the world were tuning in through the media. If you dont know the shocking story what happened with Taylor Swift and Kanye West, basically, Taylor was awarded with the "Best Female Video Award" and as she was thanking the crowd with her award, Kanye grabbed the Mic away from her and was praising Beyonce instead. Taylor was left mic-less, upset and humiliated. Two days later, on Tuesday, when that day she was being interviewed by The View, Kanye apologized to her. "Kanye did call me, and he was very sincere in his apology, and I accepted that apology," Taylor told ABC News Radio. At the interview, Taylor said how she felt during the time: "My overall thought process went something like, 'Wow, I can't believe I won. This is awesome. Don't trip and fall. I'm going to get to thank the fans, this is so cool ... Oh, Kanye West is here! Cool haircut! What are you doing there? And then, ouch. And then, I guess I'm not going to thank the fans." Taylor needed to get back to herself again five minutes after the incident because she was going to preform live, but the heart-warming fans are what comforted her. "I just never imagined that there were that many people out there looking out for me, so it was really wonderful to see that people were out there defending me so I didn't have to."
